Family know-how

The vineyard

Nestled in a hilly landscape, our vineyard dominates the Marne Valley, on sunny hillsides. Consisting of a thin siliceous vegetal layer and very deep layers of chalk, the specific soil, under the microclimate of our region, gives our champagne its originality, its finesse and its flavors.

Our vines are maintained according to the method of reasoned cultivation; That is to say taking into account the ecosystem and considering all the risks of pollution and erosion: No excess fertilizers and fertilizers, pest control treatments minimized. Our grapes thus produced are of perfect quality for the production of this noble product: Champagne.

The winery

At the harvest, the grapes, with perfect maturity, are brought with precaution into our wine press. The latter, qualified qualitative, allows us to obtain a must almost devoid of must lees. From this pure juice, the fermentation will be done quietly in our vats, and throughout

the winter the wine will take its time to age and to refine until the final bottling in the spring. Our respect for traditional winemaking allows us to guarantee quality and consistency for the development of all our cuvées.

The cellar

Carved into a hillside, our cellar, at the level of the entrance, is covered with more than eight meters of soil at its bottom. The temperature of 11 ° C

and its hygrometry virtually constant, make it a privileged place, which was specially designed for the elaboration, aging and conservation of Champagne.
